Welcome to Georgia DNR Environmental Protection Division Online Submittal/Issuance System - GEOS Portal

The Online Submittal/Issuance System – GEOS Portal supports EPD staff to perform the following business processes:

Process online permit applications, issue final decisions and permits/certificates online;
Track permit workflows and manage resource assignments;
Schedule permitting related inspections and track inspection results;
Monitor processing status of all online submittals;
Configure permit fees required for each program and manage payment;
Manage online compliance reporting;
Track historical versions of all submittals and EPD comments.

This System is a tool to support on-going EPD efforts to improve business processes for both the regulated community and the EPD.
